Welcome to New and Small Business Information

I am a work at home Mum who owns several small businesses so started this New and Small Business blog to help others who are starting a business as well. One of the biggest challenges I face is finding reliable and current information. I moved into my home businesses as a ‘sea-change’ from teaching, however the teacher is still in me and I have set up this website to educate others in business matters as well as links to other valuable websites.

I hope that by reading the material I have written that you find something interesting and valuable on the website. Creating and developing a New and Small Business is hard work and there are so many factors to take into consideration. My journey has had a lot of failures, tears, but I have picked myself up, learnt from the experience and moved forward with the determination to succeed.

I am a professional blogger and I enjoy writing and sharing information. I have a tertiary degree in Music Education (I play the clarinet and piano) and I have a small business called Cheshire’s Creations. I enjoy making people happy and giving them a smile.
